As part of the European alliance EUonAIR, ESSCA had the pleasure of welcoming several academic partners to its Paris campus over the past few weeks.
Meeting with HTW Berlin
On 25 June 2025, ESSCA hosted a delegation from HTW Berlin, represented by Professor Katherina SIMBECK, leader of Work Package 2 of the EUonAIR project, entitled Education for Students, Staff and Community.
This visit provided an opportunity for in-depth discussions with Professor Helmi ISSA, who coordinates ESSCA’s contribution to this work package. The exchange focused on the current progress of the project and explored prospects for future Franco-German collaboration.
Meeting with Abat Oliba CEU University, Barcelona
On 8 and 9 July 2025, ESSCA welcomed Laia PRAT COTS, EUonAIR project manager at Abat Oliba CEU University in Barcelona. Together with this institution, ESSCA co-leads Work Package 7, Smart and Green UniverCities, under the coordination of Professors Yann TRUONG and Dejan GLAVAS for ESSCA.
This meeting allowed Laia Prat Cots to engage with Pierrete EL HOWEYEK, EUonAIR project coordinator at ESSCA, and Professor Dejan GLAVAS to review the progress made and plan the next joint steps.
