Permanent Faculty

ESSCA regularly launches recruitment campaigns to strengthen its permanent faculty and reviews every spontaneous application with great interest.

What is the difference between a faculty member and a teaching staff?

Faculty members are part of ESSCA’s permanent faculty, whereas teaching staff hold a non-permanent position within the School’s academic staff.

The recruitment of faculty members is managed by the Dean’s Office, while academic departments are responsible for hiring teaching associates.

As a result, their recruitment processes are distinct.
