Simon Bichon, Associate Dean of the Faculty (campus of Lyon) was awarded the Most Inspirational Paper Award at the 2026 Annual Congress of the European Academy of Management in Kristiansand, Norway, from 16 to 19 June.
This award recognises his paper Leading without leaders? The organisational limits of project leadership in bureaucratic contexts, presented as part of the Strategic Interest Group on “Strategic Management”. This award is a fitting recognition of his work on leadership and organisational dynamics.
Simon Bichon was also honoured by the Project Organising Strategic Interest Group at EURAM 2026, which awarded him the Most Inspirational Paper Award for the same paper.
