“Go the extra mile before submission to make sure your paper is in tip-top shape!”
ESSCA’s Finance, Accounting and Management Control research group led by Luc MEUNIER, Professor of Finance, had the pleasure of hosting Dirk LINDEBAUM, a Professor of Management and Organisation at the University of Bath and the editor-in-chief of Academy of Management Learning and Education (ABS 4*).
It was a vivid, insightful Meet-the-Editor session. Among all the invaluable tips he provided ESSCA’s researchers with, Dirk LINDEBAUM insisted on the necessity to “go the extra mile” before submitting an article.
“Your motivation can make a huge difference. If you have a genuine interest with a topic rooted in the real world, this is what the journal wants”, he added.
All FAMC research group members are very thankful for this precise editorial advice session.
