For the first time, the annual conference of the Academy of Management (AoM) took place in Europe, in Copenhagen, from 25 to 29 July 2025.
As the largest event in the world dedicated to management and organisational research, the conference welcomed more than 13,400 academics and professionals, offering a unique opportunity to address major global challenges and encourage international collaboration.
A total of 12 professors from ESSCA presented their latest research on a wide range of topics including emotions in the workplace, political strategy, human resources systems, innovation, sustainability, leadership, inclusion, and market dynamics.
