Discover your leadership style using the DISC assessment tool (1 day)

  • Understand your complete ‘leadership profile’, using the personalised DISC assessment tool.
  • Learn about the identity of the leader, the different key skills of the leader, and leadership styles (situational, transactional, and transformational).
  • Embody the company’s values in day-to-day practices and attitudes, to champion corporate culture and lead by example: give meaning to the actions undertaken, garner team support, and effectively motivate using strategies such as Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and the DISC Model.
  • Develop behavioural flexibility. Understand the impression you make on others and tailor your behaviour to different individuals and situations.
  • Reinforce your assertiveness.

Module 2:​ Managing for Positive Impact (3 days)

Identify what Triggers Conflict and Adopt Effective Behaviours to Resolve them (1 Day)

  • Identify the root causes and triggers of conflict within your team
  • Learn how to communicate during conflict and adopt constructive attitudes.
  • Learn about different conflict resolution strategies and how to apply them effectively.
  • Learn how to manage and support the ‘post-conflict’ phase.

Module 3:​ Effective HR interview techniques for managers (3 days)
