- The course is assessed through a variety of methods designed to reflect real-world situations. These include case studies, company projects, and simulations based on real-life situations.
How you learn?
This course employs a variety of innovative teaching methods to ensure a comprehensive and engaging learning experience:
- Discovering and reading your DISC profile, a personal assessment tool used to improve work productivity, teamwork, and communication; self-diagnosis of strengths and areas for improvement, involving self-reflection that is crucial for personal development and growth; hands-on exploration of each dimension with practical exercises, diagrams, examples and group sticker games; dynamic training through active participation in the learning process.
- Training in pairs for collaborative learning; DESC as a feedback technique (Describe, Express, Specify, Consequences); Inventories of Managerial Communication Situations in Teams; Filmed Presentations for a visual and interactive learning experience.
- Workshops based on tense or conflict situations providing hands-on learning experiences and opportunities for reflection and discussion; role-playing situations in a large group with ‘in-the-moment’ training and coaching to anchor attitudes.
- Large group debriefing to foster a sense of community and shared understanding among participants.
- Individual workshops + group debriefs to promote deeper understanding and skill development; Videos; Fast Codev, a rapid co-development method that encourages collaborative problem-solving and knowledge sharing; Coaching in Triads, involving coaching practice in groups of three, where each person takes on the role of coach, coachee, and observer in turn.
- C Graves’ Dynamic Spiral, a framework for understanding the stages of human development and consciousness; Tuckman’s Model, which is used to understand and improve team performance; Collaborative Workshops providing a platform for hands-on learning, encouraging teamwork, problem-solving, and the practical application of concepts.
