How is the course assessed?
The trainee is assessed through an individual case study and work on :
The design and implementation of performance indicators for a project (and a company), the design of high-performance organisations, financial diagnosis and drawing up a multi-year budget, etc.
The assessment of the knowledge and skills acquired during the course is based on written work in which the learner’s command of management control tools and systems is evaluated, as is their ability to design agile and innovative organisations.
