The first year of the ESSCA Master's in Management programme equips students with advanced management knowledge and skills before offering specialised modules in Management, Finance or Marketing.
Our focus on the realities of international business, along with the mandatory second-year internship in France or abroad, helps students of the Master in Management programme find employment very easily.

Semester 1: Master Advanced Management Skills
Kickstart your Master’s journey with a semester dedicated to mastering Advanced Management Skills.
This module encompasses essential competencies, including leadership, strategic insight, information systems, budgetary control, and a comprehensive understanding of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and ethics.

Semester 2: Tailor Your Path to Success
In the second semester of your Master’s in Management, you will refine your focus and select a specialisation that aligns with your career goals:

New programme: The Master in Management and Business Engineering is designed for science and engineering students to provide them with dual expertise.
2nd year: develop your specialist skills and prepare for employment
Building on the skills and knowledge acquired in previous years, the second year of the Master in Management allows you to refine your choices and develop your expertise.
By selecting a specialisation with a professional focus, you can align your academic journey with your career aspirations.
The end-of-studies internship of at least 4 months facilitates your entry into the workforce.

The Perfect Double Degree: Master in Management and MSc for Comprehensive Business Expertise
Be distinctive and unlock new opportunities. Applicants with an undergraduate qualification can apply for our Double Degree in Master in Management and MSc of their choice.
This track allows students to gain the extra credits, knowledge and skills required to join our MSc programmes. Students choosing this option will follow an accelerated programme of study leading to a double degree qualification in 2.5 years.
