With classes of around 40 students, the Bachelor in International Management offers a supportive learning environment that encourages interaction with faculty and close academic guidance.
From the first year, students develop their skills through case studies, hands-on projects and business simulations that reflect real-world organisational challenges.

Business Games: stepping into a decisonmaker's shoes
Each year, business simulations introduce students to the analytical and decision-making challenges faced by businesses every day. These Business Games simulate running a company over eight months. Using a simulator, groups of four to five students manage a virtual company in realistic economic and competitive conditions, analysing the impact of each decision they make.
Personalised support through the academic support centre
ESSCA offers a highly structured and distinctive support system through its Learning Assistance Centre, which has been helping students succeed for more than 20 years. Whatever their background or learning needs, students benefit from tailored guidance designed to help them reach their full potential.
The Centre provides individual tutoring, study skills workshops, academic coaching and personalised support throughout the programme, helping students develop effective learning strategies and meet the demands of higher education.
