Personalised Assistance Through The Learning Support Centre
Established 20 years ago, ESSCA’s Learning Support Centre (CAP) is dedicated to supporting students in their learning journey, regardless of their needs, with the aim of helping them reach their full potential.
It organises tutoring to ensure individual follow-up throughout the year, workshops to develop effective learning strategies, coaching to meet academic requirements and personalised academic support to address a specific difficulty a student may be facing.
Management Simulation: Step into the Shoes of a Decision-Maker
This business game is designed to simulate the management of a company over an 8-month period. Using a management simulator, you and your team of 4 to 5 students will manage a virtual company under realistic economic and competitive conditions.
After each decision you make, you’ll run a simulation. Based on the results obtained, you’ll analyse the outcomes, particularly in the event of failure, and make further decisions for the next stages. This hands-on approach gives you a realistic understanding of decision-making in a business environment and helps you learn from both successes and failures.
Action-Oriented Teaching Methods
Our programme stands out for its professionalism and innovative project-based teaching methods. We use management simulations to give you a closer look at the challenges of reflection and decision-making that are encountered daily in companies. This hands-on approach helps bridge the gap between theory and practice, providing you with a realistic understanding of the business world.
In addition, we offer the Creative Box MOOC, created by ESSCA and dedicated to fostering creativity for innovation. This resource is also available to Bachelor students, providing you with additional tools to enhance your creative thinking and innovative abilities.
