Prof Elisa SALVADOR co-organised the International Workshop “Innovation and technologies at the service of Sustainable Development: how are complying Cultural and Creative Industries?", University of Turin (Italy), 21 May 2025
Professors Elisa SALVADOR (ESSCA School of Management, France), Giovanna SEGRE and Martina DATTILO (University of Turin, Italy) co-organised a one-day international Workshop on the 21st of May 2025.
This International Workshop was organised within the UNESCO Chair in “Economics of culture and heritage: strategies for protection and development” (chair-holder Prof. G. Segre) at the Department of Economics and Statistics “Cognetti de Martiis”, University of Turin, Campus Luigi Einaudi.
The workshop was a pre-screening session and invited papers that show a good potential to submit to the Special Issue “Innovation and technologies at the service of Sustainable Development: how are complying Cultural and Creative Industries?”, Journal of Engineering and Technology Management (JET-M), Guest Editors Prof. E. Salvador and Prof. G. Segre.
The workshop brought together organisers and prospective authors (online or in-person) to discuss the content of the proposals, share ideas, and help each other to finalise their manuscript before the deadline for submission.
The event was a great success, with 13 presentations, and lively discussions and constructive feedback: it brought together around 20 participants, representing a wide range of disciplines and professional fields, with in-person participants coming from Italy, Spain and Switzerland, and online participants from Portugal, Greece, Italy, the United Kingdom, South Korea, and Taiwan.
