On 5–6 November 2025, Margaux Langlois and Marco Rocchi from ESSCA took part in the second transnational meeting of the ETI LABS consortium (Erasmus Talent & Innovation Labs), hosted by MCI – The Entrepreneurial School.
The ETI LABS Consortium
This European project, funded by the Erasmus+ programme, aims to strengthen university–business cooperation and enhance the employability of students and recent graduates. Inspired by the Scienceshop model, the methodology developed promotes co‑creation between academia, industry and policymakers, fostering learning experiences focused on digital, entrepreneurial and sustainable skills
Key discussions during the two‑day meeting included:
- Aligning academic programmes with labour market needs
- Implementing the Talent & Innovation Labs
- Developing a shared vision for a more integrated and effective approach to skills development and internships
Next steps
The consortium will present new tools and initiatives designed to support European students. In addition, the work of ETI LABS will contribute to shaping future European competence frameworks, particularly in the fields of digitalisation, ecological transition and entrepreneurship.
