ESSCA has been ranked 6th in the “Best Employer Experience – Happiness Barometer 2025”, published by Speak & Act. This ranking, which evaluated over 400 business schools, highlights the institutions that offer the most positive experience for employers working with students and graduates.
A Ranking Based on Professional Feedback
This ranking is based entirely on feedback from professionals – including recruiters, internship supervisors, and workplace mentors – who interact directly with students from business schools during internships and early career experiences.
These professionals assess students’ readiness for the workplace, their level of engagement, and their ability to adapt to real-world business challenges.
ESSCA’s 6th place is a sign of recognition from employers, highlighting the business school’s ability to prepare students who meet the expectations of today’s job market.
A Curriculum Focused on Action and Future Challenges
The development of students into operational, responsible, and innovative professionals is prioritised at ESSCA. The programmes are designed to cultivate critical thinking, raise awareness of social and environmental challenges and strengthen adaptability in a rapidly changing world.
This recognition is also regarded as a reflection of the school’s strong commitment to employability — supported by personalised guidance, meaningful internship experiences, and a curriculum that remains closely aligned with the evolving needs of today’s businesses.
This achievement belongs to the entire ESSCA community – students, faculty, alumni, and partners – who work together every day to make the school a benchmark in business education. It’s a strong vote of confidence from the professional world.
