Every year, ESSCA brings its students together for one of the most anticipated highlights of student life: the Battle Inter-Campus (BIC).
This year’s edition, held in Vichy (France), brought together more than 300 first-year students from the Bachelor in International Management and the Grande École Programme (Master’s-level programme) for three days dedicated to team spirit, connection and shared experiences.
A unifying event from the very first year
Designed and organised by ESSCA’s Student Experience Department, the Battle Inter-Campus aims to build strong connections from the moment students join ESSCA.
Over three days, campuses compete in a friendly yet stimulating atmosphere, where competition quickly gives way to mutual support, collective effort and shared enthusiasm. The BIC is above all about bringing students together and helping them feel part of a vibrant, close-knit community.
The ESSCA Battle Inter-Campus programme
These activities allow every student to express themselves, whatever their interests or strengths, and to fully embrace the ESSCA student experience.
An atmosphere driven by energy and team spirit
On and off the field, the atmosphere was electric. Cheers, laughter, moments of personal challenge and shared memories filled each day of the event.
The BIC is also an opportunity for students to meet students from other campuses, build lasting friendships and feel truly part of the ESSCA community. With each edition, one thing becomes clear: these shared student life moments truly make the school experience so enriching. Team spirit, commitment and solidarity take on their full meaning here.
A creative challenge
For the third year running, the Battle Inter-Campus has gone beyond sporting events. Students were also invited to take part in a creative challenge, producing a short film based on the theme of Freedom.
This collective project hightlights their creativity, initiative and ability to work as a team. Key skills developed throughout their time at ESSCA.
More than an event: The ESSCA experience
The Battle Inter-Campus perfectly reflects the ESSCA DNA: a school not only to learn but also to live meaningful and enriching experiences.
For future students, it is a clear promise of joining a dynamic business school where student life, engagement and collective values play a central role from the very start.
