Joining a Grande École Management School like ESSCA is an exciting journey!

We take great pride in providing a warm welcome and facilitating a smooth integration process for all our students.

ESSCA benefits from a strong presence with 6 campuses across France (Aix-en-Provence, Angers, Bordeaux, Lyon, Paris, Strasbourg) and international campuses in Budapest, Luxembourg, Malaga and Shanghai). No matter where you study, you will be part of the unified ESSCA community.

Our campuses are designed on a human scale, fostering a close-knit and supportive environment. This allows you to quickly acclimate and feel at home as you embark on this exciting academic journey.

Grande École programme
First Year – A Supportive Start 

  • Welcome Day: Monday, 1 September 2025
    Welcome Address by Jean CHARROIN, Dean of ESSCA, and General Introduction to help you begin the year well.
  • Welcome Week: 2 to 4 September (in France)
    During this week, you will take part in solidarity projects, aiming to build sustainable facilities that improve daily life.
  • The detailed programme and schedule will be sent to you by email.

Bachelor in International Management
First Year – Creativity and Team Spirit

  • Welcome Day: Friday, 5 September 2025
    You will be welcomed with a short speech, a free lunch, and some fun sports activities.
  • Welcome Week (in France)
    During the ESSCA Impact event, you will take part in the Go Karting with a Purpose project. They will build go-karts, which will later be turned into furniture to complete the work done by students from the Grande École programme.
  • Start of Classes: Tuesday, 9 September 2025

Welcome Days

  • Evening Event: Thursday, 18 September 2025
    As well as welcome days on each campus, there will be a special evening for international students in Angers, Lyon, and Paris.
    This friendly event will help you discover your new city, learn about local culture, visit student places, and meet other international students at ESSCA.

MSc – Master of Science

  • Welcome day and start of Classes: Monday, 22 September 2025
    On this welcome day, you will learn about the school and life on campus. We will share useful tips, especially for international students.
    You will hear about the various MSc programmes, attend a talk with professionals, and enjoy a relaxed moment with the ESSCA team and alumni. It’s a great time to ask questions and meet new people.
