This course employs a variety of interactive learning methods to ensure a comprehensive and engaging learning experience:
- Discovering and reading your DISC profile, a personal assessment tool used to improve work productivity, teamwork, and communication; self-diagnosis of strengths and areas for improvement, involving self-reflection that is crucial for personal development and growth; hands-on exploration of each dimension with practical exercises, diagrams, and examples; dynamic training through active participation in the learning process.
- Training in pairs for mutual peer feedback and discussion; large group debriefing sessions for shared reflection and learning; DESC feedback technique (Describe, Express, Specify, Consequences) as a structured approach for providing feedback and resolving issues; inventories of managerial communication situations in teams, supported by filmed presentations for a visual and interactive learning experience.
