Our individual coaching sessions are designed to empower practitioners to achieve their full potential and make significant strides in their professional development.

Individual coaching for all employees, whether or not they hold management positions.

Continuing education individual coaching: ESSCA's approach

1. Expression of the need for coaching

By the future trainee

2. Analysis of the need for coaching and choice of consultant.

The ESSCA consultant is approved by the employee accompanied by their line manager.

3. Three-way meeting between the ESSCA consultant, the employee and the employee's line manager

  • Discussion of needs
  • Targeting of objectives
  • Specification of intended learning outcomes
  • Number of sessions required (from 3 to 10 depending on the chosen format)

4. Three-way agreement

  • Commitment of resources on the part of the consultant
  • Personal learning commitment on the part of the employee

5. Individual coaching sessions

  • Sessions can be organised in 2-, 3- or 4-hour slots
  • Monthly or fortnightly schedule
  • The working objectives are set out again at the beginning of each session
