Semester 1: Becoming a Manager Maker
This semester in the MBA Business & Technology gives you a global perspective. You will:
- Learn to develop strategies based on worldwide trends
- Explore innovative business models. You will discover how to select and apply the most relevant one for your company
- Study strategic finance, financial management, risk management, and performance management
- Understand how technology and sustainability impact key business areas, such as marketing, operations, and international trade
Semester 2: Becoming a Techno Leader
This semester helps you understand disruptive technologies. You will:
- Analyse disruptive technologies to assess their potential for your business
- Learn to review the state of the art of a technology. You will conduct impact and return-on-investment studies on key innovations
- Study the transfer of new technologies. You will analyse how to integrate and commercialise them in the industrial sector
- Develop your strategic management and leadership skills
- Learn to drive and manage change in organisations
- Apply methods and tools to lead successful transformations
Semester 3: Contributing to Society and Business
This semester offers international opportunities. You will:
- Visit major industrial sites and gain insights into best practices through real-world immersions and interactive courses
- Complete a research project based on a case study of a company
- Work on a consulting or entrepreneurial project that contributes to society
Evaluation: Continuous assessment & Oral presentation
All the modules are to be validated for students to obtain the degree. No possibility to follow a single module for a certificate.
