- C Graves’ Dynamic Spiral: This model provides a framework for understanding the stages of human development and consciousness. It is used to facilitate personal growth and improve team dynamics.
- Tuckman’s Model: This well-known model describes the four stages of group development: Forming, Storming, Norming, and Performing. It is used to understand and improve team performance.
- Collaborative Workshops: These interactive sessions provide a platform for hands-on learning, encouraging teamwork, problem-solving, and the practical application of concepts.
