The certification is designed to facilitate applicants’ entry and/or progress to managerial positions within automotive distribution and service companies.

Learning objectives

Recruitment and training needs in the automotive distribution sector are growing, particularly in terms of managerial, management and decision-making skills. This course is structured to address these demands, enabling participants to transition into or advance within management roles within automotive distribution and service companies.
These companies may include subsidiaries of car manufacturers and equipment suppliers, as well as independent companies under contract to car brands. Automotive distribution and services cover the five main downstream activities in the sector: new vehicle sales, used vehicle sales, vehicle maintenance and repair, financing and leasing services and spare parts sales.

The certification comprises 6 skill sets that can be awarded separately. To be awarded the full certification, candidates must meet the entry requirements stipulated by the French Confederation of Grandes CGE and successfully complete all 6 skill blocks. This includes successfully defending their professional activity report before the jury.
