Overview
The BADGE programme delivered by ESSCA is fully certified by the RNCP (National Register of Professional Qualifications) at level 7, equivalent to a post-graduate level. It equips managers, future managers, and executives in the automotive sector with the essential skills required by employers in the sector. This ‘Brevet d'Aptitude’, conferred by a Grande École, addresses the current recruitment and training requirements of automotive distribution and mobility services companies.

Course structure and location
- 214 hours of on-site learning over 14 months (14 x two to three-day sessions).
- Location: Paris Campus.
- Part Time: 2 to 3 days per month on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Pre-requisites
- Baccalaureate (High School Diploma) or Level IV qualification with a minimum of three years of professional experience directly relevant to the course content.
- 2-year higher education qualification (Bac + 2) or Level III qualification with at least 2 years of professional experience directly related to the course content.
- Bachelor’s (Hons) degree or Master’s degree (Bac + 4) in a field directly relevant to the course content.
> This course is also accessible through Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning (VAE) and is eligible for the French CPF (Personal Training Fund).

How you learn
- Learning Resources: Engage in face-to-face classroom sessions with no more than 15 participants per class, collaborate on group projects, and receive personalised methodological support for your professional dissertation.
- Course Instructors: Benefit from instruction by professors and researchers who are part of the ESSCA faculty, as well as researchers and consultants affiliated with the ESSCA “Transport & Sustainable Mobility” Institute, and training consultants with extensive sector expertise.
