Taught entirely or partially in English, the two-year Master’s cycle can be taken as a continuation of your undergraduate studies or via parallel university admission. The Master’s cycle
The first year of the Master’s cycle builds upon the knowledge gained during the undergraduate cycle, offering a core curriculum of highly specialised courses. This stage also provides you the opportunity to select a pre-specialisation in one of the following areas: Business & Strategy, Finance, Management, Marketing, or Operations & Decision.
The second year of the Master’s programme is designed to hone your professional skills. You’ll choose a specialisation that aligns with your career goals. The year culminates with a minimum 4-month end-of-studies work placement in France or abroad, providing you with practical experience in your chosen field. This hands-on experience is invaluable in preparing you for your future career.
Year 1 Master’s cycle
Develop in-depth expertise in your chosen field!
Semester 1: Advanced Management Skills
The first year of the Master’s cycle commences with a semester dedicated to Advanced Management Skills. This module covers essential management skills that every decision- maker in any profession should possess: leadership, strategic understanding, information systems, budgetary control, and a broad understanding of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and ethics. This foundation equips you with the necessary skills to make a successful start to your career.
Semester 2: Choice of a pre-specialisation track
In the first year of the Master’s cycle, you’ll refine your academic focus and select a course of study that aligns with your career aspirations. The options include:
Master in Management and Business Engineering
This programme is open to students who hold or be about to hold an Engineering Degree (3-year Bachelor’s Degree, equivalent to 180 ECTS credits) in France or abroad.
Following the completion of these modules, you can opt either for an optional internship (in France or abroad) or a gap year should you wish to gain pratical experience in your chosen field.

Choosing a specialisation and charting your career path
Leveraging the skills and knowledge gained in the previous years of study, the second year of the Master’s cycle provides you with the opportunity to fine-tune your choices and cultivate your expertise.
By choosing a specialisation with a professional focus, you can align your academic journey with your career aspirations, paving the way for success in your chosen field. This stage of the programme is designed to help you transition seamlessly from academic learning to professional practice.

Concluding your studies with practical experience and academic research, the culmination of your Master’s programme involves a business placement of at least four months, either in France or abroad.

Be distinctive and unlock new opportunities. Applicants with an undergraduate qualification can apply for our Double Degree in Master in Management and MSc of their choice.
This track allows students to gain the extra credits, knowledge and skills required to join our MSc programmes. Students choosing this option will follow an accelerated programme of study leading to a double degree qualification in 2.5 years.
