Sonia CHIKH M’HAMED and Maryam KEFI BEN CHEHIDA, both Professors at ESSCA, organised a conference on “Sustainable consumption & bulk : myth or reality?” was held at ESSCA on March 29th, 2023, with guest speaker Didier ONRAITA-BRUNEAU, Founder of Day by Day and CEO of My Retail Box.
He shed light on the issue of sustainable consumption and bulk. Several aspects were covered: Circular economy, CSR, responsible consumer behaviour & mindset change, strategy & international development, marketing strategy as well as packaging issues.
