The Financial Times has published its prestigious European ranking of the 100 best management programmes
At European level, ESSCA's Master's in Management ranks 56th and its custom executive education programmes rank 39th.
The business school benefits fully from the combination of two ranked programmes and their weighting to climb to 66th place overall among the top 100 European institutions (up from 86th in 2024).
ESSCA in the Financial Times rankings
Present in the FT ranking of the world’s best Masters in Management since 2015, ESSCA appeared for the first time in June 2025 in the list dedicated to custom executive education programmes offered by business schools.
This entry reflects the trust placed by the professional world in our expertise in executive education and the quality of ESSCA’s programmes in supporting lifelong learning for many individuals.
A European ranking that remains demanding and selective
To be ranked, a business school must meet several criteria:
- Be accredited by either AACSB or EQUIS to be eligible to participate
- Provide accurate data through both an institutional questionnaire and one specific to each programme
- Obtain a sufficient response rate from graduates of the Master in Management programme after three years of professional experience, along with feedback from companies that have chosen ESSCA for training their staff
